Application
As the next process of continuous extrusion, hydraulic drawing & tension straightening machine is mainly used to draw, straighten and length scaling of Straight Bus Bar, Coiled Bus Bar and Special Profile, to improve surface hardness, elasticity, tensile strength, dimensional tolerance, form and position tolerance and surface quality and so on.
The design concept derived from Aluminum Alloy Extrusion Machine tension leveling system, according to the technological characteristics of the traditional hydraulic drawing machine, it improves multi-level transmission, drawing, leveling, length scaling and product stacking, so that the whole system perfectly coordinated and combined into a complete automated production line, which has the highest productivity and degree of automation in the profile drawing production industry.
